Orders

Each Vögler piece is produced in small quantities, with selected pieces made to order. Please review all product information, colour and sizing details carefully before placing your order.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Orders

Made-to-order and pre-order pieces require time to produce by hand. Estimated production times are listed on individual product pages.

SHIFT 01 currently has an approximate production time of two weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on order volume and material availability.

If there is a significant delay to your order, we will contact you.

Handmade Products

Vögler pieces are individually made and finished by hand in Australia. Small variations in stitching, leather grain, texture and finish may occur between pieces and form part of the individual character of a handmade product.

Natural leather may contain subtle variations in grain, colour and markings. These are characteristics of the material and are not considered faults.

Product Images & Colour

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings.

As leather is a natural material, grain, texture and subtle colour variations may differ from the piece photographed.

Product Care

Leather is a natural material that will soften, develop character and change with use and age.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat, direct sunlight, oils and chemicals. Individual care instructions may also be provided with your Vögler piece.

Australian Consumer Law

Vögler products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
